5月28日上午，住宅产业化集团与德国哈芬集团签订战略合作协议。哈芬集团全球销售总监Remco Veneeman、哈芬中国总经理胡发社、销售总监郝继伟、市场及产品经理李峥、住宅建筑行业销售经理施迎琛，住宅产业化集团党委书记、董事长王春雷、技术总监杨思忠及部分管理人员出席了签约仪式。
In the morning of May 28, Beijing Building Industrialization Group Germany HALFEN Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement. 签约会上，住宅产业化集团党委书记、董事长王春雷首先致欢迎词，表示哈芬集团与产业化集团所属燕通公司已经有多年的合作经验，建立了长期信任关系，并简要介绍了集团现有情况和未来发展方向。王总强调，目前燕通公司已成为京津冀地区乃至全国最大的装配式部品生产供应商。随着集团成功中标北京市首个装配式EPC示范项目，企业核心力大幅提升，集团将努力打造国内一流的装配式全产业链企业，期望双方在更多领域方面加强合作，重点开展新产品研发合作，发挥彼此优势，共享科研成果，实现互利共赢。
On the signing ceremony, Wang Chunlei, Party Secretary Chairman of Building Industrialization Group firstly gave the speech. He said that HALFENGroup Yantong Company had established cooperation relationship for many years. For the long term, we trusted each other obtained good achievements. He also briefly introduced the current situation future development direction of the group. He stressed that Yantong Company, the subordinate company of Industrialization Group had become the largest production supply company in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region even the whole country. The group successfully won the bid for the first prefabricated housing EPC project in Beijing with a contract value of nearly 1.7 billion Yuan. He hoped that both parties could strengthen the cooperation on carrying out new product R&D in various fields for achieving mutual benefit win-win outcomes by virtue of their advantages on the basis of product supply, on acof good development prospect, facing China’s huge fabricated building market.

Remco Veneeman, Global Sales Director of HALFEN Group said that the Chinese market was strategically important to HALFEN. He welcomed technicians of Industrialization Group to go to Germany headquarters for learning exchanges hoped to sign a strategic cooperation agreement with the Industrialization Group, which not only pushed the promotion of existing prefabricated components supporting products, but enhanced the cooperation on new technology, new product R&D, standard setting, etc. HALFEN would set foot on Chinese base, serving for overall Asian-Pacific region countries along the belt road initiative.
